Service management based on GPSI technology

GPSI is a routine control system that organizes the operational planning of our supervisors and coordinators. GPSI technology is implemented in workplaces using a QR code sticker. Scanning QR codes displays a checklist for the space with questions related to local specific operational procedures. All questions are answered and any deviations are recorded using photos taken by the device.

All this data generates reports and performance indicators that can be monitored in real-time and support analyses of the operation’s effectiveness and in the adoption of improvements.

Operations based on environmental sustainability principles
